Our Process

Skilled Workmanship You Can See

Every job follows the same three-step process, whether it’s a two-car garage or a warehouse floor.

01

Meticulous Preparation

We diamond-grind every square foot and repair cracks and divots before any coating goes down.

02

Precision Application

Coatings are applied at manufacturer-spec thickness with a controlled cure and color-matched flake.

03

Attention To Detail

Crisp edges, clean reveals, and sealed thresholds are the last step, not an afterthought.

Every Floor. Every Space.

Built For How You Actually Use The Space

From a residential garage to a commercial floor that has to perform every day, each job gets the same prep and installation standard.

Residential Garage Floors

Coatings that resist hot tire pickup, stains, and everyday wear, and keep looking clean for years.

Commercial & Warehouse Floors

High-traffic-rated finishes for warehouses, retail spaces, kitchens, and showrooms that need to hold up daily.

Patio & Outdoor Coatings

UV-stable coatings built for Texas sun, for patios, pool decks, and driveways.

Decorative & Metallic Epoxy

Flake and metallic systems for a floor that looks custom, not standard-issue.

Specialty & Industrial Systems

Epoxy mortar and anti-static systems for facilities with specific performance requirements.

Floor Restoration

Crack repair, surface leveling, and full resurfacing for floors that need more than a fresh coat.

CUSTOMER TESTIMONIAL
Daniel Cook –
“Reached out to get information on garage floor process and materials that would be used. They came out and were very detailed on the entire process. They had a great selection of colors and were very affordable. We are very happy with them and highly recommend.”

The Straight Answer

Common Questions, Answered Plainly

What's the difference between polyurea and epoxy?

Polyurea is a newer coating type. It cures faster and holds up better to UV light and Texas heat than traditional epoxy, so it resists fading and yellowing over time.

Yes. Polyurea coatings are built for temperature swings and direct sun, which matters for garages, patios, and pool decks across North Texas.

How long a floor lasts comes down to prep work. We test the concrete and grind the surface properly before any coating goes down, which is what keeps a floor from peeling or bubbling later.

Cost depends on square footage, the current condition of the concrete, and the system you choose. The fastest way to get a real number is a free on-site estimate.
